Black and White Business

Awful awful day yesterday. Sorry for not posting. Received bad news and binged on brownies, cookies, and toffee because emotional. Just wanted to wear sweats when I woke up today but had to wear business casual for a presentation in international marketing. Some people make such cringeworthy powerpoints. Clip art, low resolution graphics, and tacky sound effects never okay. Also, if you are giving a business presentation, this is not the right time to bring out your mid thigh bandage skirt with sheer tank top and booties. What are you doing please stop. You are not going to a club.

Looking Parisian

This is a size 0 but it fits like a 4

Let it be known that I do not like J. Crew. First, their clothes are made for tall, lanky people. Their fit is very off for someone my height and body shape. Second, they are the biggest perpetrators of vanity sizing. I am a XS/XXS and a size 0/00 there, but I can assure you that anywhere else I would be a size XS/S and 2. The biggest problem with J. Crew is that their clothes are absolutely dull and boring. With that being said, I do like their basics, such as thin merino sweaters and their occasional cute skirt. But the sizing...as you can see above, I bought the fluted skirt in a size 0 yet I am practically swimming in it.
