FlippyFlop

I'm not a flip flop person at all. I think it has to do with the fact that I have pretty dry feet that are always really dirty on the heels. Hmm, probably related to my intense fear of socks...which also contributes to really smelly sneakers. Anyways, these are the only pair of flip flops I have truly loved. First purchased in May 2013, and I wore them walking all over Beijing in the summer. Surprisingly comfortable, only problem is the part between your toes ends up ripping after two months. Big problem actually. I took them to two different cobblers, where they shook their head but still did their best with epoxy glue. Unfortunately, the glue was only a temporary solution, as it would end up ripping after a couple hours. I held on to these with hopes that some day I might find a magical cobbler that could fix them.

I don't shop Zappos often, but I really should because their customer service is stellar. Was I the only one who was unaware that they had 365 day returns? Of course, this is only applied to unworn items, but I had my fingers crossed that they would exchange my defective flip flops. Keep in mind, it's now January, and the flip flops broke back in July. When I had the 365 day return epiphany, I immediately called Zappos and they shipped a new pair out to me the next day!

Loto color

These are the most beautiful flip flops I've ever seen or owned. They dress up any outfit, but are still casual enough to wear on an everyday basis. Classy and comfortable. Other reviewers have also commented on the toe part breaking and $195 for two months wear on flip flops is not a good investment...purchase from Zappos if possible!
