The man/shop that inspired the Soup Nazi episode of Seinfeld
Best TV character ever created, the neurotic George Costanza
Lobster Roll and Lobster Bisque
The lobster roll was actually quite good for only costing ten dollars. Mayonnaise was spread on the bun instead of mixed in with the lobster, similar to the lobster roll at Luke's Lobster. However, the mayonnaise flavor was far too evident in The Original Soupman's version. The lobster bisque had nice large chunks of lobster in it. Although bursting with a perfect blend of spices and flavor, the soup was slightly too salty at times. The two gentlemen manning the shop were very friendly and nice, which I can't decide if I liked or not. I guess I wanted that authentic Soup Nazi experience as portrayed in the Seinfeld episode!
